The meeting was called to order at 5:37pm by the Chair with a moment of silence and Serenity Prayer. Mitchell then read Statement of Purpose.
CHAIR REPORTS
Secretary: Minutes from Jan 8th mtg were accepted as is.
Treasurer: John distributed balance sheet for January. We have balance of $3,217 with a couple of bills outstanding.
Literature: Ted not able to attend. Need 3 copies of Hope & Recovery books for Monday mtg.
Workshops: no report available.
Social: Mike reported there will be no Feb. Social.
OLD BUSINESS
2006 ISO CHICAGO March 3-5, 2006.
John and Joe reported on overall progress. Registration forms went out; 14 have responded so far. Ann Sathers for business sessions. Two extra S mtgs at NTAC. Sat. Eve Social will be at Bobs bldg in Party Rm. Game Nite and Food. Seeking donations of appetizers, tea/coffee, desserts. All members of fellowship are welcome at any of these events.
Housing/Billeting: 4 have registered at Best Western; special rate is still available. Others are being placed. If anyone has room to house a delegate for weekend, please contact Mitchell.
Joe reported that menu has been decided. Separate bills for ISO and Chicago Intergroup portions will be prepared. Also Maps will be made available.

Additional discussion was held about: cross-fellowship announcements, signers on bank account, proposal that may come to ISO (study merging with stronger fellowship would that strengthen overall S Recovery?), development of literature for SCA.
