ISO REPS – Mike/Peter
Motion was approved for Mike to prepare detailed wording for two motions for our next mtg. These would be presented at ISO 2006 gathering. One deals with “earmark how ISO funds will be used to carry message”. The other “voting rights of the Online Mtgs”.
Meeting time was extended. Motion was approved to spend up to $50 dollars to print copies of SCANNER. Second motion was approved to offer these free-of-charge to groups.

ISO 2006 – Joe and John reported that venue will be Ann Sathers. Site rental ($50 for Fri/Sun, $250 For Sat) is an ISO cost. Motion passed to go ahead with confirming venue. Second motion passed stating “There is no need to come back to Intergroup unless Food costs exceed 10% of budget.”

Because time is getting short and many details still need to be worked out with committee chairs for ISO 2006, Intergroup approved a SPECIAL INTERGROUP MTG at 4pm Sunday Dec. 18th at Mike’s house. (Please RSVP to MIKE ASAP).

The meeting was closed at 6:45pm with the Serenity Prayer.
